- We started production of Gravity Die Castings at pune since 2011. Within a short span we have established ourselves as pioneer in developing critical Casting components.
- In house raw material melting capacity of 7450 MT/Annum.
- We have team of 180 + employees (constantly rising).
- We are an EN ISO 9001:2015 certified company by TUV-SUD. Our company is certified for IATF 16949:2016, and in process for ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 certificate for “Manufacturing & Supply of Aluminium Alloy Gravity Die-Castings”.
- In FY- 2022-23 we achieved a turnover of Rs 609 million which in USD$ approx is 7.34 million & in Euro Is 6.77 million .

Mr. Anand Nawathe, the Managing Director of the Company Vedanta Metacast Pvt. Ltd., has more than two decades of experience in Die Casting business.
He is associated with the Company since its inception as promoter with a responsibility for the overall working &is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.“People First” is the mantra followed by him.
This forms an integral part of Vedanta philosophy, this philosophy over the years has created a win-win situation for Vedanta & its associates, and continual to be a unique value proposition.
The philosophy features of total empowerment of its employees, decentralized decision-making process & freedom of action keeping in mind the Corporate Social responsibilities.
Most of all his views are that every employee is a potential partner in business. Empowerment and freedom of operation have been deployed effectively across the Company, resulting in an environment that is conducive to nurturing talent & allowing the exceptional ones to blossom.
He is an Executive with a multifaceted personality and knowledge encompassing international exposure, has an expertise intechno-Commercial management.

MILESTONES
2011
Installation with 2 GDC Machines + Spectrometer + Heat treatment Furnace took place & also our Esteemed Customer-BHEL is added to VMCPL Family.
2012
TLT GmbH Visited Vedanta & approved us for Manufacturing of fan-Blades.
2013
Vedanta’s 1st direct export to overseas customer TLT-Germany.
2014
We added 2 Customers- DRDO-VRDE & Gabriel for Supplies to Automotive – 2 & 3 Wheeler Markets.
2015
Started Machining by Adding 3 VMC + 2BTA Machines. Established Converised Powder Coating Plant.
2016
1st Indian Manufacturer who developed & Supply fully finished front fork Outer Tubes.
2017
Successfully Qualified System Audit by OEM- TVS Motors through Gabriel.
2018
Expansion by Shifting to our New Green Field facility at Chakan-Pune.
2020
IATF16949 Certification. Ather electric vehicle new customer added .Single source
2021
1.02 Lacs sets dispatched to Customer in Dec 21
2022
Suzuki and TICI New Customer Added .Capacity enhance by 25K ,Total Installed Capacity is 1.25 Lacs / Month
