  • The 5 No’s are stationary gravity die-casting machines-mounting Size 600*700 mm.
  • The 3 No’s are Tilting gravity die-casting Machines-mounting size 1000*500 mm.
  • We have 3 No’s electrical holding furnace Capacity-1 No- 300 Kg & 2 No’s- 500 Kgs. for specific alloy with necessary controls.
  • We have 2 No’s gas fired Melting furnace Capacity-1 No- 600 Kg & 1 No- 1500 Kg.
  • We can produce castings of weighing from 500 gms to 60 Kgs.
  • At present we cast AC2B, A356 & are ready to use the alloys which are suitable for Aluminium Gravity Die Casting Process.
